At the heart of the Kusina’s philosophy is the concept of “farm to table,” using locally sourced and freshly picked in-house organic produce for homemade breads and pastries, and courses on the menu. The restaurant’s interiors features fish net- like with a panoramic view of the sea.
The Garden has an array of organically grown vegetables, herbs and spices is the corner stone of our nutritious and healthy menu offerings.
Our gardeners tend the crops with loving care to inculcate positive energy into the growth of our plantings. The Chef and culinary team guide the selection of the plantings to ensure that our crops form the basis for our menu creation.
Our culinary team select daily and harvest the most appropriate items to suit the menu requirements. In addition, local fruits and supplementary crops are sourced from farmers and produce providers to help support the local community.
