Sous Chef:

Qualification

  • Minimum a year of in the same level capacity or 1-2 years as Chef de partie that willing to step up with experience in 4-5 star recognized hotels/resorts F&B department, and/or in free-standing restaurants,
  • Experience in managing a section of a 4-5 star hotel restaurant or free standing restaurant
  • Experience in operational expenses, hygiene and food recipes effectively.
  • Ability to stand for an extended period of time during the shift
  • Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis

Chef de Partie:

Qualifications

  • Minimum a year work experience as Chef de Partie or 2-3 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in 4-5 star rated brands.
  • Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.

Pastry Chef :

Qualifications:

  • Minimum a year work experience as Chef de Partie Pastry level or 2-3 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or ┬árestaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in 4-5 star rated brands.
  • Knowledge in bread making is an advantage.
  • Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
